Hotel is older. But the rooms were clean and the bed comforable. The breakfast was OK. The eggs were dried, not much variety. But close to Bryce canyon national park

Pet friendly, cabin feel. Loved their bar and closeness to one of the most most glorious canyons.

When a forest fire closed the highway in front of the hotel, the front desk staff and the restaurant staff abandoned ship--without telling us that we would be stranded there. When we called the front desk (it was the mgr's cellphone) to find out what was going on, he said the highway was closing and that we should leave. We did, were charged for the two nights we couldn't stay there because of the evacuation, and we cannot get our money back. Sooooo many things wrong with this situation. Also, the volume on the TV didn't work and most shows and movies were blocked. Room hadn't been substantially renovated since the 1950s, it seemed.

Mostly we chose this resort for the complimentary breakfast. Very handy before going out hiking. The park is just minutes away. The rooms are comfortable with good beds. Very clean with lots of space. On-site laundry facilities were a big help. Friendly staff overall. (The clerk was dressed in his nightdress.) Dinner at the resort’s bar & restaurant was a treat. Phenomenal ribs!! Our servers were polite and efficient. Hope to visit Bryce Canyon again sometime.

Great stay overall! The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short drive from Bryce Canyon, which made it super convenient for exploring the park. The rooms were very clean and well maintained making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff was also friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended if you're visiting the area!

Amazing resort for the price you pay. Front desk lady was quite friendly and let us be in no time. Rooms and facilities were pretty sufficient as well. Could’ve asked for more.

Extremely helpful clerk checked me in after-hours and even made sure I had the wifi code and breakfast coupon! (You can ring the bell if the lobby is closed.) The room was older but well-maintained and decorated. Excellent location minutes from the park.

The only reason I gave the rooms 4 stars ja because of no electrical outlets near the night stands. You can't charge your phones or tablets in the room. Breakfast is decent, staff is polite and courteous. This place is about 15-20 minutes from the entrance of Bryce Canyon National park.

Great experience. Able to check in early & rental bikes from EZ riders delivered right to the resort, with 36 miles of bike trail right in front (9 through Bryce & 9 through Red Canyon). Staff were friendly and professional. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good.

Way better than what we were expected with that price point. Highly recommended. The breakfast is good! The waiter at the restaurant is super lovely and friendly. The choice of white lighting in the room is kinda puzzling for me, I would expect to have warmer lighting.Nice view from our window.Maybe should change the shampoo products. Smells like chemicals tho.As the other reviews, the bathroom cleanliness still needs some improvement. The bathtub was oily and some dirt on the shower room wall.
